Limited Warranty

United Fence Corporation warrants that (a) its materials will perform substantially in accordance with first class fence products and standards for a period of one year from the date of receipt and (b) that the labor performed to install these products will be free from defects in workmanship under normal use and service for a period of two years. In the event applicable law imposes any implied warranties, the implied warranty period is limited to 1 year from the date of receipt. This limited Warranty covers only the materials and or labor we provide for repair or replacement as United fence see's appropriate. It does not cover damages that may be caused by the failure of the products or workmanship provided by United Fence.

Return Policy

STANDARD IN STOCK MATERIALS, United Fence offers a 30 day full refund on any
returned materials that are standard in stock items at United Fence. Materials must be returned in original condition or may be subject to a damaged goods return charge.

MATERIALS RETURNED Within 30 days from purchase. Prior authorization is
required on all returned materials. United Fence Corporation requires that the returned goods be properly packaged and in same condition as originally received. A restocking charge of 10% may be charged on all material returned for customer convenience.

SPECIAL PRODUCTS United Fence Corporation maintains the personnel and facilities to custom design and manufacture specialty products to meet all your fencing needs. United Fence Corporation reserves the right to require a non—refundable deposit or advance payment on specialty products. Once ordered no cancellation or return will be
allowed, payment in full Will be made by the customer for all special products.

 

 

Shortages — Damaged/Defective Materials

STANDARD IN STOCK MATERIALS, United Claims for shortages, damaged or defective materials must be noted on our Bill of Lading by the purchaser if delivered by United Fence Corporations truck, or on the freight bill if delivered by common-carrier. This notation must be witnessed and signed by the delivering driver.

Claims for materials delivered by common carrier must be filed with the common carrier. All claims must be filed within 5 days after receipt of delivery. In the event that damaged materials are received, please contact our sales office for instructions as to the disposition of these materials. United Fence will not be liable for the cost of returning the materials or their replacement, unless authorization has been granted by the sales office. The customer assumes the responsibility for the inspection of the materials before use for possible defects. United Fence will be responsible for the cost of defective materials only and will not assume liability for the cost of work performed on defective materials.
